PS 3 Attacks

Can someone explain to me why on earth XBox360 owners seem compelled to attack the PS3 at every opportunity. I seem to get earache from several at work and then my son's mates also, I have proper had enough. I waited patiently for my PS3 as did many others and to have some spotty faced teenager and some underpaid work collegue tell me my consoles inferior just because it doesn't have Gears of War, gets my bloody back up. :evil:

Is this a jealousy thing becasue they couldn't wait or what ?, i am confused becasue I have never felt the need to slag off someone elses equipment (keep it clean Turps!). :?

same here :evil: , people tell me that the ps3 is **** becuase it doesn't have gears of war, how can you judge a whole console just becuase it doesn't have 1 certain game :roll:

Eh Ok Fatboy! :lol: What can i say other than i dont really give a toss it's about games at the end of the day.... i will try tho in my own unique style! (*eating my wheatabix here and cha with toast*)

Before i begin.. there is a good saying "the more you know the less you show" but for the benifit of 360 fanboys and some of the irish community in this forum here it is...... :lol:

There are 3 reason imho!

1)Insecurity

Confidence and assurance in our new platform only fuels thier lack of security in an objective sense. They know after time the PS3 will win the next gen marathon.

2)Paranoia

They have mental conditions characterized by delusions of persecution, unwarranted or exaggerated self-importance. It may be an aspect of chronic personality disorder, of drug abuse, they are naturaly suspicious of the PS3 and their defensive actions are without evidence or justification.

3)Jealousy

The fact that they are green with envy cleary minfests the above. maybe they cannot afford the PS i dont know....It is often about a lack of self-esteem and maybe they struggle to retain any feelings of self worth when comparing the two platforms. I feel sorry for their tormented souls..

There is a 4th reason maybe they are just complete w@nks. :wink: and like a good wind up (nothing wrong with that eh speckle!!!!) Anyway keep the faith PS3 brothers. And if any 360 fanboy gets in your way...take em down :twisted:

Yea totally agree, they seem to do it a lot, and if you have ever read the xbox mag, they are constantly slagging anything Sony releated off in it. Turps list is bang on, but Microsoft know that in the end they are going to lose out to Sony in the console war. The PS3 is just too powerful for it, if they have to release a second version of the 360 to keep up and all these little add ons to bring it closer to the playstations spec, then I would say its case closed really.

Halo is a great game, but one great exclusive game does make a console. We have Metal Gear, Final Fantasy and had GTA on our own for years. I don't believe that Half Life is coming out on 360 (correct me if I'm wrong)

Point is you dont see Sony/PS3 owners shouting frm the roof tops!

its coming out for both consoles and because the amount of gamers who say halo is better than half-life and vice versa in my point of view its going to be proper war between halo and half-life for top spot on the 3****ty and i hope half-life wins cos obviously im half-life fanboy

Your missing my point. There are some xbox fanboys who will buy xbox or shout from the rooftops just because of halo on youtube anyway. Halo is good but its still a basic shooter, theres nothing special about it. In half-life anything is potential ammo with the grav-gun. Halo has nothing like this.
