New games ver Chrimbo

Got a few games while I was in Canada and the states over christmas so I thought I'd give my 2c worth.

Orange box:
As expected. Top notch single player play and story. Online is not to my taste. I prefer the COD4 style with one or 2 shot kills.

Medal of Honour Airbourne:
Oh dear. What a pile of poo. Graphics are only average and it has the thing I hate most about any FPS in single player mode. The enemy just concentrate on you and your squad mates don't seem capable of killing any enemy. It also seems to have the eternal enemy thing whereby you sit and pick of the enemy but as long as you don't move forward they never run out of grunts to send forward.
Haven't tried it online yet but I'm not hopeful.

Soldier of Fortune: Payback:
Complete cack. Like an early FPS on the PS1. Complete rubbish. Toss. Don't even do it if you're desperate for something to play. In fact don't even rent it.

Rock Band:
Without question the most addictive a fun game I've ever played. I would never have considered the guitar hero type games before but this thing is hillarious. with a drum kit, 2 guitars and a mike it's impossible to put down once you get started. Watch out online for "The No Stiffies" (don't ask)
Spent about 8 hours solid on boxing day until the wife made us stop. Yeh that's right she was Yoko Ono.

MOHA online is absolutely terrible, laggy as hell, frame rates were poo,
incredibly unresponsive, poor maps, you name it...Not good.

I didn't find the single player that bad though...there were some frame rate issues (Typical EA ****e) but it wasn't the worst.

Does anybody know when Rock Band is goin to be out over here? On the gamestation website it says the 7th of march 2008, i just wanted to know if anybody else could tell me. Thanks
