Network problem

I keep getting booted off the PSN every 5 minutes or so....normally in the middle of a game....

I have read that enabling the UPnP will help.....i have tried to do this but it asks me too select an available conection from the list under UPnP....the list ranges from Pvc0 to Pvc7....when i selct one of these it wont connect to the network at all.

I am also running on nat 3......

go to portforward.com and it will tell ya what ports have to be opened for psn and how to open them on ur router
