Ive Got A 320gb But How Come It Only Says/reads

298gb Is There And Ive Only Installed One Game And It Says 268gb Left How Come Is It The Update

it never reads the full capacity, it's mostly cos the file system thats used,its not FAT32 but its a variation of it and windows cant read it,
