The only cheats in CoD4 Single Player are the ones that you unlock by getting the pieces of intel.
There are glitches online, but most only work in Old School mode, and most of the Old School ones are only good for hiding, not for killing others.
You'd have to check youtube for that - but I'd recommend not using them, it's a cheap tactic and you'll be universally hated.
