There is no way to downlaod Flash Player to the, EDIT, **PS3** (SORRY) u just have to wait for Sony to add it in a Firmware update.
You can however install an OS like Yellow Dog Linux and downlaod flash player that way and watch videos, but u can only do one at a time !!
