Default If I stick a new HDD in my PS3....
will it then be possible for someone else to register on the network?

I am selling one of my machines.

What I am hoping is puttting a new HDD in will put it back to the point of a newly bought off the shelf machine. There is very little saved on it and i have a 2.5" sata drive (new) kicking about.
