It depends.
It will launch in Europe first with BT being the provider. Microsoft have said that they can either launch it in late 2008 with only SD content (HD content coming in Early 2009) or they can just wait for the HD content to be ready and then launch the service in 09. But for all we know it could be in the Autumn update this November.
Stevie it costs 18 euro for the minimum package or 27 euro for the high-end package.
It's basically the same as Sky HD or whatever the Virgin equivalent is. It has Picture in Picture and all that
