I tried restarting the router, giving all devices Static IP's and then reconnecting the PS3. But it didn't solve the problem (also d/l'ed Network Magic and played around with its options)
Here's a log of the router activity when the PS3 was turned on. Maybe it will be more useful to you more technically minded folk!
