The variety pack was not fit for purpose as you can't use it. Sony have to refund you. If they don't, pop down to your local district court and for 15 euro you can take Sony to small claims court (pretty easy to do...just fill out a form and they will do the rest)
Did you remember that all or just look in the books?
I learned that a few months ago and ive forgotten it already(good thing i dropped business)
