This one is a demon in the woods. You need to turn your volume up for this to hear what the guys are talking about but you'll see the demon at the end. Sorta looks like the dark seekers from I am Legend.

This one is also scary...can't explain it. The chair is in the room and it starts off slowly rocking and then near the end it starts violently rocking but there's nothing around it.
Not getting to sleep tonight
