You can look at it that way...except the official HD Format of Xbox 360 is now Digital Downloads which costs nothing extra.
Also, your comparing the lowest spec Ps3 with the highest spec 360.
Elite has 80GB more space than a 40GB, has BC, includes a HD Cable so you can actually use your HDTV's capabilities and like I said, you can use your own Wi-Fi adaptor or if you have a laptop then you don't need a wireless adaptor.
