to get into other countries stores all you need to do is set up another psn account.
depending on how many countries stores you want to get into to you'll need a separate sub account for each store.
all you do is create a new sub account on ur ps3 and then just sign up. but when it asks for your address you just need to get a valid address fro msaid country. for eg my american account is registered to somewhere in texas no sure where tho lol. or you could just say beverly hill with the 90210 zip code
