We offer the UK gaming community a place to meet up with fellow PS3 gamers from all over the UK and chat on our dedicated PS3 Forum Boards. We encourage the more mature gamers to sign up to our PS3 Forum as we want sensible discussion without all the Fanboy rubbish!!

If you are new to the Playstation 3 or online gaming we have a few features on the forum that we hope will help you to get to know some more like minded gamers and have a bit of fun!! We have just setup a Teamspeak server that allows Forum members to chat with one another through your PC's while playing your PS3 online. So why not join our community and make the most of your shiny black box.

We also hope to get a few Leagues & Tournaments going so Forum members can test their gaming skills against other members and hopefully gain all the bragging rights!!

News:

We recently added a free to play Arcade Game section to the forum to help pass the time when you are at "work". The site has been set up to enhance your gaming experience on Sony's Playstation Network - PSN.

We are also in the process of setting up a PS3 Games shop and a PS3 Problems site. Nothing much to see there yet but make sure to check back soon.

We have recently added a FAQ that contains a lot of the most commonly asked questions so if you are new to the console why not give it a read.

On a slighlty unrelated point we are working on a new site called Just The Quote so check that out soon too!

Uncharted 2: Among Thieves Beta - Competitive gameplay hands on.

Following on from Uncharted: Drake's fortune, Uncharted 2:AT has brought online multiplayer into the series, both competitive and co-op.

There's 2 maps (Village & Plaza), and 2 game types (Deathmatch & Plunder) both game types are 5v5. Teams consist of 5 Hero's and 5 Villain's.

To spice up the action, you can pick 2 "boosters" before starting a game. Booster's Give accuracy or ammo bonuses to you. For example, "Down the Sights" makes you more accurate with rifles, whereas "Keep Firing" gives you more ammo in each magazine.

Deathmatch is just your standard TDM like in any other online game.
Plunder plays out like CTF but with a twist, instead of a flag, it's a treasure that you have to drag back to your base. You can throw the treasure to your team mates to get it back quicker or simply so you can throw it up somewhere then climb up and retrieve it (to avoid enemies).

There's a selection of weapons scattered throughout the map, from 9mm's to Minigun's. There's AK47's and FAL carbines near each team's spawn base.
There's also M4's, Desert Eagle's, Dragon sniper rifle's, and SPAS-12 shotgun's (To mention a few) scattered throughout the map.
